Tom realizes that it's not about him, it's all about you. As a result, he measures his success in real estate more by the happiness of his clients after the deal is done than by the number of his transactions. With that in mind, Tom tries to conduct a needs analysis with all of his clients before he tries to advocate solutions to their housing or commercial needs.
Tom has a diverse business background to draw on to enhance his customer relationships. He has been an educator, a sales professional, and a sales manager before becoming a professional realtor in 2011.
HIs business experiences have made him service oriented, a good negotiator, and a creative problem solver. He know the value of hard work, personal integrity, family, relationships, good listening skills, and strong communications. Tom believes in giving back to his community. He was a member of the Aurora Optimists Club for 17 years, has coached a variety of sports including softball, hockey, rugby, football and wrestling, and has served on a number of executive committees. He currently is enjoying the opportunity to tutor a learner for a local literacy program in Guelph.
